Category and Rates: This event is open to DC members only. The early bird DC member rate is available up to August 4th.
DC Member Early Bird - $39
DC Member (after August 4th) - $59
DC Business Partner - $99
Health and Safety: Up-to-date vaccination is required to attend the LeadingAge DC Fall Symposium and Awards Ceremony. If you are not up-to-date* on your COVID-19 vaccinations, please take a PCR or antigen test to ensure a negative test result no more than 48 hours prior to arrival. You do not need to show verification of a negative test; we are operating under the honor system.
* up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines is defined as when you have received all doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible.
